Research – Turning Curiosity Into Impact

I believe that research should not stay in the lab — it should reach people, solve problems, and change lives.

My work focuses on applying engineering, data analysis, and design thinking to real-world challenges, particularly in the field of neurodiversity.

From building a smart pen that detects attention lapses in students with ADHD, to modeling behavioral data with wearable sensors and Raspberry Pi, I’ve explored how motion, cognition, and machine learning can come together to support more inclusive learning environments.

Working alongside a Harvard professor in a year-long research program, I also applied physical modeling and statistical tools like least squares fitting to analyze real movement patterns, laying the groundwork for my ongoing academic paper.

To me, research is not just about discovery — it’s about responsibility. It’s about using what we know to help those who are often overlooked.
